WEEK 10 BOSTON MARATHON TRAINING

Week 10 Training

I can’t believe how close the Boston Marathon is!!

I have put so much time and effort into training and it all boils down to one race. And not just any race, but the biggest race of my life!!!

I am really proud of myself! I have been juggling a lot these past 10 weeks and no matter what I get my runs in each week. I may not have stuck to my training plan as closely as I would’ve wanted to, but every single run I have gone on I have given it 100%.

I plan to give this race everything that I got. And no matter what the outcome, I will already be so proud of myself.

Goals for the rest of my training

-Continue to run for ME
-Not compare my running ability to others (I am too dang competitive!!!)
-To run at least once a week without looking at my watch (plan to put it in my fanny pack)
-Run 5 times/week
-Cross train 2x/week
