1/2 watermelon, made into balls
1 cup greens (I used kale and spinach)
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Handful of mint, finely chopped
Directions: Cut large watermelon in half. Make watermelon balls while draining the juice into a bowl each time you get deeper into the watermelon (save for Watermelon Smoothie). Add all ingredients into a bowl and toss. Serves 3-4 people.
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup chopped watermelon
1 cup watermelon juice
1/2 frozen pineapple
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Makes 12oz.
