Upper Body Workout 

Warm up:
-5 min bike 
-10 min TRU cage stretching (calf, hamstring, IT Band, quad, hip flexor)

2×15 [2 sets of 15 repetitions]
-Bicep curls (12lbs)
-Squats with shoulder press (12lbs)

-Lateral raises & front raises
-push ups on bosu

Abs: [no breaks!]
-1 min plank
-20 side plank dips (each side)
-40 crunches
-20 russian twists (8lb weight)
-20 V-ups
-20 reverse crunches

-600 meters free style
