The only person that can motivate you is YOU! You have to want this more than anything. There will be obstacles, people discouraging you, and doubt, but you have to push through it. I’m not just talking about exercising and eating healthy, I am talking about the bigger picture – careers, being better people, and being plain old happy.
I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs, but I have always learned to use it as fuel to propel me forward. I surround myself with positive, supportive, encouraging people. I follow my heart and do my best to inspire others to do the same. When I see that I have had a positive influence on someone, that touches my heart and motivates me to continue exactly what I am doing.
or may not have gone off on a tangent, but the point is that if someone says you can’t do something or tries to bring you down that is a reflection of their own insecurities. Rise above and don’t let that deter you from what truly makes you happy.
It is so rewarding and fulfilling when you found what you love and you pursue it. So dream big and work hard!
