Let’s start the week strong! Forget what you ate and didn’t do over the weekend and start fresh today.
I challenge you to eat better and move more this week!
Step one of having a successful week is shopping smart. I always make a grocery list based off meal ideas I found on Pinterest or cookbooks. I love going to the farmers market for local organic fruits and veggies too. 🙂
I do my best to stock my fridge and cabinets with healthy choices because I want to nourish my body with quality foods.
Meal prepping and workout plans are another great tool for a solid week.
I may not be able to do everything I planned, but I at least made the effort to write it down because what is a goal without a plan.
If my body needs another rest day then I take it, it does not ruin my training. And same goes for meal prepping, if I can’t make everything I planned or I happen to eat out during the week, my diet is not wrecked. We are all busy bees and life happens, just dust yourself off and move forward.
