Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted chickpeas are an amazing addition to Buddha Bowls or as a snack. The cayenne pepper add the perfect kick.

Roasted Chickpeas

  • INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chickpeas
    2-3 tbsp Avocado oil
    Garlic powder
    Cayenne pepper
    Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400*F
2. Rinse and drain chickpeas
3. In a medium sized bowl toss chickpeas, avocado oil, and seasonings
4. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spread chickpeas out
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on desired crispiness) & toss halfway
