Protein Packed Kodiak Cakes

  • INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cup Kodiak Cakes mix (Protein Packed with 14g of protein per serving

    1 cup water
    3 eggs

  • Tip: to add more protein and nutrients sprinkle in 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds to batter or on top

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium sized bowl combine Kodiak Cakes Mix, water, and egg (if batter is to liquidy add little bit more dry mix).
2. Make small pancakes or waffles

Recipe makes 7 small pancakes or ~4-5 waffles
Serving size 3 small pancakes or 1 waffles
