Finally a healthy and yummy chocolate chip cookie without all the butter and sugar!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking power
- 2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil (any oil works)
1 banana, mashed
~1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips
1. In a large bowl combine oats, flour, baking powder, eggs, coconut oil, banana 2. Slightly mash banana (you want there to be chunks of banana in each cookie). 3. Mix. The mixture should be moist and sticky. 4. Add chocolate chips and mix. 5. On a oiled baking sheet roll 1/4 cup of dough into a cookie. Note that whatever shape they are in prior to baking is the shape it will be once cooked.
6. Bake at 350*F for 12-15 minutes. Makes 11 cookies.
