Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Finally a healthy and yummy chocolate chip cookie without all the butter and sugar!

Make these once and I’m sure you’ll be hooked!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking power
  • 2 eggs
    2 tbsp coconut oil (any oil works)
    1 banana, mashed
    ~1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl combine oats, flour, baking powder, eggs, coconut oil, bananaIMG_0680 2. Slightly mash banana (you want there to be chunks of banana in each cookie).FullSizeRender.jpg-1 3. Mix. The mixture should be moist and sticky.FullSizeRender.jpg 4. Add chocolate chips and mix.IMG_0685 IMG_0686 5. On a oiled baking sheet roll 1/4 cup of dough into a cookie. Note that whatever shape they are in prior to baking is the shape it will be once cooked.
