No Bake Balls

This is one of my FAVORITE snacks…and dessert…and pre-workout fuel – I basically eat this all day everyday. I eat anywhere from 2-3 balls a day and not just because they taste good, but because of the nutrition content. These balls have lots of healthy fats, omegas, whole grains, protein and fiber.

This recipe makes a lot of balls but I promise it will be worth it and you will be back for more!

2. Mix together. There will be clusters of nut butter so make sure to break it apart, get those hands dirty if you have to!
