This is one of my FAVORITE snacks…and dessert…and pre-workout fuel – I basically eat this all day everyday. I eat anywhere from 2-3 balls a day and not just because they taste good, but because of the nutrition content. These balls have lots of healthy fats, omegas, whole grains, protein and fiber.
This recipe makes a lot of balls but I promise it will be worth it and you will be back for more!
No Bake Balls
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup almond butter or peanut butter (almond butter in the picture above)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/3-1/2 cup chocolate chips (depending on how sweet you want it)
Optional additions: cacao nibs, shredded coconut
- Makes 25-30 1″ balls
