  • – Write Down your exercise goals for the week, it will keep you accountable
    – Categorize grocery list and base list off meal ideas
    – Aim for half the cart to be fruits and veggies
    – Treat yourself once or twice a week, you deserve it
    – Track your diet once in a while, you will be more aware of what/how much you are consuming

Breakfast

Omelet (1 egg, 1 egg white, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, onions, basil, pepper jack cheese)
Watermelon slices
Spinach Smoothie 
(1 cup coconut water, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 frozen mango, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed)

Lunch

Tuna Pasta Salad 
1 can tuna
1 avocado, mashed
1/3 cup cranberries
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1 mango, diced
1/4 cup red onions, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cups uncooked whole wheat pasta
Salt & Pepper

Directions: Cook pasta. Meanwhile, mash avocado and drain the canned tuna. Chop red onions, mango, and cilantro. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Recipe serves 3.

Carnitas Taco
2 corn tortillas
1/4 cup mashed white kidney beans
3 oz Pork Carnitas (from Trader Joes)
Handful shredded cabbage
1/4 cup Corn Salsa (roasted corn, onion, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, serrano pepper, lime juice)
1/2 Avocado, sliced
