This holiday I plan to relax, stay active, and indulge in moderation.

I hope that you all have a lovely holiday! Have fun, get moving, and don’t beat yourself up if you go a little crazy on the Christmas cookies. Below is the perfect workout to burn those cookies off!


Fitmas Workout

Warm up:
10 mins bike

2 sets:
Tricep pushdowns 20x 30lbs
Shoulder press 15x 15lbs
Wide stance squats 20x 30lbs
Pull ups 5x
Leg raises 20x

2 sets:
Bicep curls 10/side 15lbs
Plank row 10/side 15lbs
Jump lunges 15/leg
Pull ups 5x
Leg raises with twist 25x

Abs: {non stop, work through the burn}
Russian twists 25x
Toe touches 25x
Bicycle crunches 25x
Sit ups 25x


Christmas Tree Waffle


1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 egg
1 cup spinach


Place all ingredients in a blender. If the batter is too liquidy add more oats. Pour in waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes. Top with Kiwi, strawberries, blueberries and drizzled almond butter.
