It has taken me over a year to learn how to make the perfect omelet. And look at me now, I’m a pro! I want to give you a step-by-step guide of how to make the perfect omelet, so you’re welcome!
1. Heat a small skillet on low heat. When warmed up spray with canola oil.
2. Whisk together 2 eggs. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
3. Pour eggs into skillet and cover. I like to use a smaller lid that is clear so I can keep a close eye on it. These suckers cook fast so don’t try to start washing dishes in between. 😉
4. Chop desired veggies. I used red onions, spinach, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro and feta cheese.
