Healthy McMuffin is the way to go. Just look at this beauty!
It all started with me wanting something different for breakfast…with more protein and carbs all wrapped into one! So, what better than a McMuffin made healthy with turkey bacon and Canadian bacon. You can thank me later 😉
1 whole wheat english muffin
2 slices of turkey bacon
1 piece of Canadian bacon
1/2 avocado, mashed
Few spinach leaves
1. Crack egg and place inside an oiled ramekin, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 375*F for 10-15 minutes until the egg whites are solid.
2. Toast whole wheat english muffin. Smear the mashed avocado on one side and then the Canadian bacon and egg on top. Place the spinach and turkey bacon on the other muffin. Put it all together and what do you get, Healthy McMuffin oohhh yeahh!!
