Our minds are powerful, what we think we become. It’s important to focus on being positive and knowing that we are strong and capable of accomplishing anything we set our minds to.

I set big goals this year and I am ready to step my game up. Cheers to getting out of our comfort zone, pushing limits, and never giving up!!

Sprint Triathlon
Century Bike Ride with Brandon
Half Ironman
Half Marathon sub 1:40

CAREER GOALS
Get into the grad school so I can become a RD

PERSONAL GOALS
Volunteer more
Bungee jump with Sarah
Be kinder, more understanding, & patient with others
Continue to move forward, grow, & be positive

Love these goals! Keep inspiring girl- I know you will continue to achieve greatness- but also push others to do the same :)

I would add “Visit San Francisco” to that list as well 😛
