YOU have to want THIS, because no one else is going to do it for you!! I woke up this morning ready to kill it, and that is just what I did! I had my workout plan in my phone, which helped me stay focused and productive at the gym. Here is my full body workout that I know will have you sweating and that heart pumping.
5 minutes foam rolling
10 minutes True Cage stretching
Deadlift with upright row 40lbs – 12 reps
Reverse lunge with barbell 40 lbs – 20 reps
TRX ab tucks – 30 reps
Cross chops with medicine ball 16lbs – 10 each side
TRX lunge hops – 10 each leg
Plank row 12.5lbs – 15 each arm
