I can’t believe that 2014 is coming to an end, it has been one kickass year for me! I ran my second full marathon, started this blog, became a Brand Influencer for Finish Line, got promoted to a Lifestyle Educator at Positive Choice, and got into boxing! I can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store for me and whatever it is I’m ready 🙂
If your New Years Resolution relates to health then I want you to listen up!
- Set small goals that are realistic and attainable
- Focus on overall health instead of losing weight
- Do this for you and no one else!
It can be overwhelming when trying to start a healthy lifestyle. I was there too, less than 2 years ago. I know exactly how you feel right now, you don’t know where to start. Start with something simple like focusing on drinking more water, not eating out as often, or walking everyday on your break for 15 minutes. These small steps are the things that lead to a healthier life. That is how I started and how I am able to continue this lifestyle. And although my transformation was only 10lbs, I feel stronger, happier, and healthier than I ever have in my entire life!
