Break the Fast

This post is purely meant to make you want to eat breakfast every single morning! Prepare to be amazed 😉 And while your mouth is watering, notice that I have healthy carbs, lean protein, good fat, and plenty of color in each plate. I want to challenge you to focus on hitting all the macros and adding color to your plate each morning!

Let’s just dive right in to how I switch up my meals…

Ingredients:

1 Whole wheat tortilla
1 Egg scrambed
Small handful of spinach
Handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Breakfast Potatoes (seasoned with red pepper chili flakes, salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon juice)
1/2 Avocado, sliced
Directions: Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
Toppings: Almond butter & Chocolate chips

Ingredients:

2 Slices of whole wheat toast
1 avocado mashed
1 tbsp feta reduced fat cheese
1 Small handful of greens
1 Egg, poached
Grapes

Ingredients:

Eggs
Carnitas
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Corn
Serrano Pepper, minced
Onions, chopped
Directions: Veggie Egg Omelet

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup oats
Handful of strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp almond butter
