Week & size of baby: 30 weeks preggo and Cruz is the size of a butternut squash. What to Expect app says she’s roughly 17 inches, 3.1lbs.
Current weight: At my 30 week prenatal apt I weighed 133lbs, 16lb gain.
Honestly, this was the first appointment where I was shocked by my weight because I’ve never been over 125lbs in my entire life. But this pie chart helped me realize it’s all good. Plus I know that once I deliver and continue exercising/eating healthy that I will be right back to my happy weight (whatever that may be).
Trimester: 3rd trimester
How many weeks left: 10 weeks left
How I’m feeling: Sunday we traveled back to AZ from our baby shower in the bay area. All the traveling and getting in at 2am on Sunday wiped me out. Somehow still managed to workout 4x this week though!
Omg I have leaky breasts!!! Don’t laugh at me, but I am so excited for this. My body is getting ready to breastfeed and that makes me so happy.
I think I experienced Braxton Hicks contractions for the first time. It was a really sharp pain above my groin area right beneat my bump. I immedially laid down when I felt this and the pain went away shortly.
Sleep: Sleeping has sucked this week. I’m just uncomfortable and can’t sleep. I love this little girl but she is super active the minute I lay down for bed and at like 3/4am.

Things for Cruz: My mother-in-law was so sweet and gave me tons of Joey’s baby stuff. Cruz will be wearing all of this very soon!

Papa John (his dad) & Joey! I want to get Cruz the same exact gift for her first xmas, ET stuffed animal and soccer ball hahah
2. I went on a hospital tour this week. I learned so much!! Will be doing another tour at 35 weeks pregnant with hubs.

Week 30 Workout:
Tues: 4 mile run (30 week prenatal apt)
Wed: 4 rounds – 400 meter run @930 pace, 20 thrusters, 10 burpees (hospital tour)
Thurs: 6 mile run with Amy at 9:22 pace
Fri: 1 mile run + 60 min boxing
