Week & size of baby: 22 weeks pregnant & Cruz is the size of a spaghetti squash! She weighs 1lb and is 8 inches long.
Symptoms: I am starting to feel like my body is really changing. Bending over/down to grab something is not as easy as it once was.
Cooking/Recipes: Smoothie bowl topped with fruit + granola
Veggie Egg Muffins for breakfast with a side of potatoes.

Random Thoughts: Starting to use my pregnant pillow more.
I hate seat belts, it puts so much pressure on my uterus. And my belly has been itchy, good thing I use my belly buttah daily!
Exciting news: I ate a donut for the first time in over year! My nutrition philosophy is simple – eating a donut once in a while won’t make you unhealthy, just like one salad won’t make you healthy.
Week 22 Workout:
Mon: Rest (exhausted/no energy)
Tues: 50 min workout:
20 min stairs warm up
3 rounds – 30 reps: squat with upright row, lunges, bicep curls, ball slams, push ups
Wed: 6 mile run (you can see my bump here!)
Thurs: Rest (Finish Line photoshoot with Jarrod)
Fri: 30 min spin on fluid trainer
Sat: 1 mile (7:48 pace) + weights
